  1. Why don't I see my tasks when I click on the tasks tab under my projects?

If you are not able to see any tasks on the tasks screen, this could be due to some filters applied. Please open the filters tab to check if these are set as per your preferences.

2. What is the difference between a contact and a user?

The difference between a contact and a user in Ascendr is:

  • User: An internal team member with the ability to create, update, and view all projects (except those marked as private or members-only).

  • Contact: An external person, such as a customer or third-party, who can only view specific projects and has limited permissions for updates.
